Please know the investigation was done the same day of the incident by us and the Mishawaka Police Department. We have a strictly enforced “no tolerance” sexual harassment policy and due to recent events are providing our entire staff company wide with further training.
We absolutely do not condone workplace violence or harassment of any kind.
Contrary to belief, we did not fire either employee involved in the incident. We are continuing to work with and protect both of them and our entire ECB family to resolve this in a way that is fair and does not cause them financial hardship.
For further details, we encourage you to contact the Mishawaka Police Department and the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for any information that is public record. It is unfortunate the amount of damage that has occurred, but we will continue to protect both parties involved and provide the community with accurate and punctual information moving forward.

As of Nov. 16, 2016 the accuser has dropped all charges against the defendant and the defendant has dropped all charges against the accuser. ECB was merely an employer between two same ranking employees and was instructed by investigators step by step our rolls, which we complied with. Both parties were removed from the schedule pending the investigation, yet given financial securities. All of our instructions were to fairly protect both parties.
