This week’s chef inspired taco is one that focuses on the power of subtleties. The supple sweet meaty flesh of a fresh razor clam, simply prepared in a screeching hot cast iron skillet. Paired with the subtle bitterness of freshly cut frisee lettuce tossed in a warm lemon parsley vinaigrette.
